Onion Petals are substantial pieces of onion coated in a spicy Smokey BBQ flavour batter.  They can be enjoyed as part of a combo or to complement a main dish. The Petals are supplied frozen in 1kg bags and they cook in three minutes in the fryer making them ideal for the busy catering or pub kitchen.
